Hula Hoops are one of those things (like cartwheels) which I was quite good at when I was a kid. Then tried it again when I was in my 20s and suddenly realised that I can’t even slightly do it any more �?

is this gonna be a bonus in the DVD??

We had hula hoop contests in elementary school …. way back in the early 80s.. 🙂
