Thanks to all who came to the Bloor tonight. Was a lot of fun.

Apologies to those in the balcony who I couldn’t get in the shot.

But no apologies to the blurry cats in the back of the photo, you look all cool and weird like Jacob’s Ladder.

See you tomorrow at 7pm for SHAOLIN SOCCER and RIKI OH!

    Great show.

Loved the movies (as always) but loved the Q&A more.

I think my night was sealed when you asked everyone to pose for this picture.

    Golden.

    Woo! I’m in Jacob’s Ladder!
Finally got to see SHAUN on a screen bigger than 42″!
Thanks very much for the awesome Q&A!
    Exclamation!!

  3. Sasha says:

I love how everyone — spontaneously — made the exact same noise.

  4. Wendy says:

Seeing “Shaun of the Dead” and “Hot Fuzz” together in the same night, as well as hearing your speak about your life making movies was an amazing experience! Thanks for giving fans the opportunity to understand and enjoy the process behind your truly spectacular gift of movie making.

  5. Ben says:

you really need to come to australia one day and do something like this man.

    That mob looks rather happy.
You are a great gift to film, Edgar - beautifully articulate: in written and spoken word, in your eye for images and their syntax, your sense of time, and in your ability to convey meaning through music.
This, with your complete love and dedication to the art form, supportive family and friends and, probably most importantly, your generosity and sincerity in sharing it with others, really does add up to something to behold.

No vomiting please - I’m serious.

Thanks alot for putting on this screening, we don’t get enough events like this in TO. Even my no-geek fiance who I dragged along with me had a really good time. “Remember honey, you liked Spaced right?” Ohhh… I like that guy!”
