This movie has proven to me that Michael Cera is simultaneously a great choice for Scott Pilgrim and a terrible choice for hanging-out buddy.
Oh man, I’m so excited. I’m gonna hate waiting for post-production.
I was sooo hoping Mary was gonna read off the different teas that she had… that was one of my favorite bits from book 1.
Did anyone else notice the Gideon/Triforce symbol on the poster in Knives room (at 0.56)?

Seems like things are getting edgy on the set.
Edgar, it’s great that your so personal with your fans.
I’ve been hopeful for Michael to provide us a good Scott and for Mary to do the same for Ramona, and I think this video blog is the first time I’ve really been able to see both of them as their characters, even though they weren’t acting. I think the sass from Michael and Mary talking about music with that magenta hair is what did it. Now I know for sure that both of them will be awesome in their roles.
Props to Ellen Wong as well! She’s really funny, and I think she’ll be fantastic.
