Ahh, Ten Bells. The atmosphere in there is.. Well, it feels a bit like if you went to find the ladies you may still get swiped by a maniac serial killer.
That is brilliant….. took me a second to work out what double event….. but 121st Anniversary & name of the JTR…..
Love your Site……
On another note…. I resigned from my job this week and my present to myself was the DVD of Spaced….. I can’t believe the only time I’ve seen it is on telly in Australia., ten years ago when I was a broke, psych student….. Thanks for bringing me back to my favourite show and happy memories
As an American, and particularly an Atlantan, it’s so amazing to see something established in 1753. Can’t wait to hear what your double event is going to be!
I was thinking the exact same thing. There really isn’t much here in Texas that is that old… much less a business that’s been in continual operation! I would love to visit the UK and Europe some day.
Would be really interesting to take the JTR tour, & it’s yet another film i’ve haven’t got round to watching.
Interesting!
“cold pub food”? Not exactly welcoming, is it.
You’re a naughty one, Saucy Jack. You’re a haughty one, Saucy Jack.
That was one of our stops… part of the Jack the Ripper Tour
The vibe of that tour seems to have made you all hard, Edgar. (Erm…in disposition, not in any other way.)
older than the declaration of independence…
That is fantastic.
You should totally do a Jack the Ripper based comedy. Kinda like Time After Time. But better.
An Edgar Wright period piece is something I’m aching to see.
hell yeah! something a bit gothic? maybe set in Edinburgh - Bagsy I scout for locations!
“Extra! Extra! Ripper strikes in Whitechapel!”

Stay classy, Spitalfields!
