Even blurred, Mary looks great as Ramona. And I think Michael’s Scott is going to surprise and impress people.
In Vol 1 of ‘Scott Pilgrim’ I can so clearly imagine Cera playing Scott to perfection but from Vol 2 he seems to get a little crazier and… well I’m sure Cera can do it as he’s clearly really talented but Scott’s really different to other parts he’s played (Superbad, Juno).
He’s usually pretty smart, sweet, conscientious.. Scott is pretty stupid - likable but stupid.
It’s going to be really interesting to see.
And I’m sure it’s fun for Cera to be playing someone so different.
Fair point, Scott does get a little crazier. But I think if Cera can nail the whole “That’s it, you cocky cock, you’ll pay for your crimes against humanity”-aspect of Scott, he’ll have it covered.
Michael may have been holding back his natural crazy in his other roles. If Edgar doesn’t see the necessary on film, there will be another take. (”Go again, Michael, go again”). That’s why we trust him!
Of course, the day we see a photo of Edgar reading a book, or doing cross-stitch, on his day off, we will know he has thrown in the towel.
Y’need to check out Clark and Michael.

i like the three different view points (hurts my brain thinking well the (film) camera is here, cos thats on the monitor, but edgar is stood, um, here). sneakily placed mic stand in front of ramonas face.
Did anybody else look at this picture and think of the flat in Spaced? Edgar is clearly a black-belt of sofa-based comedy.
yeah i did - its got that dole-cheque/slacker chic about it. i nearly mentoned the spaced flat but then thought that was a lot greener - this seems to be in brown-world!
