Do the ppl that sit next to you in the theater just stare at you. I know all i’d be thinking of is “oh shit its Edgar Wright! Don’t Fart Don’t Fart” Have you ever sat next to a famous person before you became a director and all.
I probably wont see it either because my hubby will be tearing his hair out over all the historical inaccuracies.
But as I said “Just be glad it doesn’t have dinosaurs in it……that we know of”
Hahahaha!
when i went to see year one the did this feature thing on all the movies being made in canada before the movie started and when they were about to get to toronto i was thinking “oh god please mention scott pilgrim” AND THEN THEY DID and i got so excited
Did you run into the HUGE crowd around the corner for the MuchMusic video awards??? U shoudlve made a guest appearance! U def wouldve been the biggest most talented celeb there by far hands down.
Edgar,
thankyou. This has absolutely nothing to do with your post (except….is Year One good?) but,
Thankyou.
I’m in a school where theres absolutely no other pop culture nerds, no kids who have any idea who Lucio Fulci or EVEN Sam Raimi is (I have to explain that he’s the guy who directed Spiderman, etc.)
and I’ve only JUST purchased Spaced (which I couldn’t find anywhere in my town, so I ordered it).
Past episode three, the one where Simon takes all the cheap speed and has a zombie-panic attack, it just shows you can still influence aspiring wannabe-creatives over the other side of the world, more than a decade later.
God, you’re my hero.
So did you and Michael Cera go see it together? Is it good? So I see Sundays you day off. Thats cool.
What did you think of it Edgar? Especially since you are working with one of the stars of the film.
Did you enjoy it?
Cera and Black are so funny!
At the end of the year.. movie ticket stubs photo
How was the movie?
What the hell is an amusement tax?
No wonder Canadians are so snippy
Canadians are snippy?
It’s a tax they take for the amusement of taking more of your money?
LOL! That’s so weird…
A fun tax maybe?
laughing costs extra :/

But you’re happy to fart next to any other cinema-goer?
Remind me not to see any movies with you Berto!
Well of course i dont want to do that around anybody but it would blow (pun intended) around one of my fav directors
As much as I like Michael Cera & Jack Black, I won’t be seeing that movie.
On a lighter note, I’m about to start reading the first “Scott Pilgrim”.
;o)
Feel the love.
dolfyn.
;oD
why won’t you be seeing it? looks cute enough and light in the comedy meaning no gross stuff if your not into vulgar.
How come you’re not seeing it?
I probably wont see it either because my hubby will be tearing his hair out over all the historical inaccuracies.

Hahahaha!
Hope you’re enjoying the SP books
Go with a friend. Or on your own. Going to the movies alone is a treat.
I second that. Sometimes you just have to go by yourself.

Couldn’t get behind this film. But, even Egon needs a paycheck. Nothing but love.
jesus they really gouge you down there! It cost me less than that to see UP in 3D! (Our amusement tax is only 91 cents)
Michael Cera was the best part of year one. speaking of movies edgar one of my favorite zombie movies is “the ghostbreakers” - you should see it!
Yae. Yae verily!
(oi add me to your myspace! i mean please…)

Did you see the new Zombieland trailer in front of Year One? What did you think of it, seeing as you are a worthy contributor to the zombie genre?
